Personally, I can't give a damn about this. The NCAA is basically a prohibitionist entity. And strangely, when you forbid people from doing what most think is reasonable (whether it's drinking, smoking pot, or making money) you end up generating criminals.
The whole "gun outside the car" is the only part I find moderately disturbing.
