Should Souter Release His Citizens United Dissent?

Richard L. Hansen says yes.

It'd be interesting, but surely Souter has no arguments that haven't been made by others. Airing the court's dirty laundry on the other hand...is probably worth doing. It's become hard for me to believe that Scalia et. al. are anything like objective. I'd like to believe that they are...and would be happy to be corrected. But, as of now, I simply don't buy it.

As Hansen notes, Souter is unlikely to release the dissent. But it certainly would be interesting to see what's in there.
